Symposium Registration †
On-line registration is closed.
The on-site registration desk is scheduled to be in operation during the following hours:

| Monday | September 9 | 8:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. |
| Tuesday | September 10 | 8:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. |
| Wednesday | September 11 | 8:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. |
Registration is mandatory for all symposium participants. Personal badges will be provided to identify registered participants.
Payment option: Symposium payments on-site must be made with a credit card. Any other option including personal checks and cash will not be accepted.

Registration to the symposium includes:
- Access for all sessions
- Events (welcome reception, coffee breaks, symposium banquet)
- Symposium USB-Memory with proceedings
Additional Ticket Information:
Additional Ticket is valid for welcome reception and symposium banquet. Note that it is invalid for accessing symposium sessions.
Cancellation Policy:
No Refund.
