Airport Info †

We recommend travelling to Albuquerque international airport (ABQ), rather than Santa Fe Municipal Airport, because of the availability of flights and convenience. Santa Fe is located about 60 miles north from from Albuquerque, and can be reached by either shuttle service or car rental. A car is not necessary for the symposium participants once they reach Santa Fe, but it could be useful for reaching any destination outside Santa Fe during or after the symposium.

• SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM ALBUQUERQUE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:

The Ground Transportation Desk is across from the Southwest Airlines baggage claim area. Each trip is approximately 1 hour and 20-25 minutes. Reservations are recommended to ensure a seat.

The host hotel for the conference is El Dorado Hotel and Spa at Santa Fe.

Attendees should use central reservations number at +1-800-955-4455 or click this link for online reservation. Please request the NOLTA or IEICE group rate (group code 3658) during the reservation. The cutoff date to make reservations for El Dorado is August 8, 2013. After that date, neither rate nor availability can be guaranteed.
