Proceedings of this symposium are planned to be published from Elsevier Proceedings Series, the IUTAM Procedia. Every contributor (special lectures, contributed talks, and poster presentations) is offered for submitting her/his manuscript.  It will be a wonderful record of your participation to the memorial symposium.  An extension of your abstract presented in the Book of Abstracts of the symposium is enough for this work.  For the proceedings, we do not require any new result and data that have not been published anywhere.

The deadline for submission of your manuscript to the IUTAM Procedia is March 1, 2012. Due to the tight schedule of the publication, no extension of the deadline is assumed. Thank you for your cooperation.

For your work on the proceedings, please download the three electronic files: author guidelines (fileProcedia IUTAM_Author Guidelines.pdf), paper template (filePIUTAM_template.doc), and copyright transfer form (filePIUTAM_copyright_form.doc). Please follow the guide for authors to complete your work. Each author needs to sign the attached copyright transfer form and return it to the symposium local committee. The email address to which you send your copyright transfer and your manuscript with both Adobe PDF and MS-Word format is at the symposium desk:

iutam2011@dove.kuee.kyoto-u.ac.jp

Please contact the desk if you have any question for the proceedings.

Note: Contributors of selected pieces of work will be invited to a special issue of this symposium in the AIP journal, CHAOS.

Additional info (posted on January 20, 2012): The number of pages of each paper is between 3 and 10 printed pages.
